अन्ततः भारू सटहीको समय पनि सकियो र भारतका तर्फबाट कुनै प्रकारको प्रतिक्रिया पनि देखिएन । नेपाल सरकार र राष्ट्र बैङ्कले बेलाबखत पहल गरेको देखिए तापनि भारतीय पक्षबाट डिसेम्बर मसान्तसम्म कुनै जवाफ नआएपछि भारू सटहीको विषय थप अन्योल बनेको छ । हाल आफूसँग भएको भारतीय मुद्रालाई नेपालीले के गर्ने भन्ने विषय बहसयुक्त रह्यो । नेपालमा रहेको भारतीय दूतावासले नोट सटही सुविधाबारे मोडालिटी माग गरेपछि, नेपाल पक्षबाट डेपुटी गभर्नर चिन्तामणि सिवाकोटीको संयोजकत्वमा समिति बनाउने काम गरेकै हो । तर, भारतीय मिडियाबाट आश देखाइए पनि कुनै प्रतिबद्धता या आश्वासनसम्म प्रदान नगरिएको स्पष्ट छ । नेपाल भारतलाई आधार बनाएर कारोबार गर्ने व्यवसायी यसको मर्कामा परेको देखिए पनि ठूला व्यापारीहरूले आफ्नै व्यक्तिगत पहलबाट धेरै मात्रामा रकम सटही गरिसकेको बुझाइ छ । यस अर्थमा मर्कामा पर्ने साना व्यापारी, पर्यटक, पर्यटन व्यवसायमा लागेकाहरू, विद्यार्थी अनि केही मात्रामा सर्वसाधारण हुन् ।

United Nations has a similar description that explains 15 to 24 as the age of youth. Nepal has explained the age of youths from 16 to 40 while in Brazil, youth refer to both sexes from 15 or 18 to 25-years-old. Youth in Nigeria includes that of 18-35 year of age.
