An Empirical Study on Perception of International Students on Indian Telecom Networks

Abstract— This study attempts to analyze the perceptions that International Students have towards various Indian Telecoms Network service providers.
There are large numbers of students who come to India every year for studies. Communication is one important and basic requirement for those students, for which every students own the service of various Telecom Networks. Revolution over Telecom in India has been remarkable, however this revolution has to mean to every user using it. The study shows that despite the students are satisfied with the features offered by the telecom users and they find the process to use easy. On the contrary, they are not highly satisfied with the price that they need to afford, place of availability, promotional campaigns and people's response thereby. The study also makes few recommendations to the Service Providers for the further betterment.
